Privacy Policy

How Orange Avenue collects, uses and protects information submitted through the website.

1. Who is responsible for the data

Orange Avenue operates orangeavenueevents.com and uses information submitted through the booking form only to communicate about DJ / event service enquiries.

Privacy contact: orangeavenue.events@hotmail.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Name or company name.
  • Email or phone number.
  • Event type, date, city/venue and approximate guest count.
  • Information voluntarily entered in the event-details field.
  • Technical security data that may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to prevent spam and abuse.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond to your enquiry, check availability, discuss the package/price and, if you proceed, organise the booking. Processing is primarily based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and, where a booking is made, on performance of the agreement. Some information may also be retained where required by law or for service security.

4. Service providers

The website and form use Netlify infrastructure. Email notifications and communications may be processed through Microsoft/Outlook services. These providers operate under their own data-protection terms and safeguards.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept only as long as needed to handle them and normally no longer than 12 months. If a booking takes place, relevant information may be retained longer where necessary for tax, accounting, legal or dispute-management purposes.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact orangeavenue.events@hotmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site currently does not use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. Strictly necessary technical functions may be used by the hosting infrastructure. If non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are introduced later, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be used where required.

8. Security and updates

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submitted information. This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change.
