Booking & Cancellation Terms
The basic rules for enquiries, date confirmation, deposits, changes and cancellations.
1. Booking process
After an enquiry is submitted, we confirm the date, venue, hours, package, final price and technical requirements. The date is reserved only after written confirmation and payment of the agreed deposit.
2. Prices and packages
Prices shown on the site are indicative “from” prices. The final price may depend on hours, location, equipment, lighting, access, transport and special requirements and is confirmed in writing before the date is reserved.
3. Deposit
The deposit amount and payment method are communicated and agreed in writing for each event before payment. Card details are never requested through the website form or by email.
4. Cancellation or date changes
Specific cancellation, refund or date-transfer conditions for the deposit are communicated and agreed in writing before payment. Any mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence.
5. Venue and technical requirements
The client is responsible for lawful access and permission to use the venue, a suitable and safe power supply, a safe setup area and timely notice of sound limits, operating hours, access restrictions or other venue rules.
6. Hours, setup and extra time
DJ-set hours and setup/soundcheck timing are agreed before the event. Extra time is provided only where feasible and at the additional rate agreed with the client.
7. Safety and equipment
The venue must allow safe installation and operation of the equipment. In unsafe conditions, severe outdoor weather, violent behaviour or risk to people/equipment, the service may need to be paused, changed or stopped.
8. Force majeure
For events outside the reasonable control of the parties, such as severe weather, authority restrictions, infrastructure outages or other force-majeure circumstances, the parties will seek a good-faith solution, including a date change where feasible.
9. Communication and acceptance
The final terms for each event are confirmed in writing by email or another agreed communication method. By accepting the final confirmation and paying the deposit, the client accepts the specific terms of that booking.
